Is she cold??

10 week old little girl and at night she sleeps in a vest, sleepsuit (all in one, bodysuit, baby grow) and a gro bag so her little arms are out and they are usually positioned above head....we live in the UK so not a freezing country but her hands when she wakes in the night seem to be freezing!! 🥶🥶

Even if I turn over the sleeves with the built in mits or if I put separate mits on her, her hands are still like little icicles, does this mean she is actually cold?? Or is this common for babies?? I dont think theres any other way to cover them....
