Short term disability

Wondering if anyone has any experience with short term disability coverage? I just enrolled right before getting pregnant, and I was doing fertility treatments at the time. Will they consider my pregnancy a preexisting condition because of seeking medical help and treatments? I tried calling and asking the company, but they cannot answer any questions until a claim has been submitted and I cant submit a claim until a month before my due date at the earliest. I feel like infertility and pregnancy are 2 different medical conditions. I wasnt diagnosed with a pregnancy in the year before coverage and wasnt technically treated for given medical advice on pregnancy, right?
