Gas cramps?

Who else gets these and gets freaked out? I had such bad ones last night. I still want to go to the doctor to make sure everything is ok since I was in a lot of pain.

I'm 20 wks today and they have never gone away. At first I was so scared because I didn't think they were supposed to be that bad but now I've learned to never freak out about really bad pains UNLESS I make sure its not gas or constipation and if there's no bleeding. Sometimes the pain catches me in public and it freezes my whole body with all the pain. I've learned to live with it now 😂

I had them when I was around 5/6 weeks. They were so painful! Midwife didn’t seem bothered and said if I get them again alongside bleeding to in and see her but they didn’t

Mine were SO bad weeks 5-9. I’m 11 and they have def let up some. It was terrifying
