Thoughts? First Time Experiencing Labor!

There's only been a few that have been really uncomfortable. Not sure if I should continue to stick it out and see if they intensify? (40+4 today)

Give your body/mind a rest for a few hours. Stop timing them and try to rest as you can, breathe through but ease your mind for a bit. Then pick back up again in a few hours.
