Son’s surgery for undescended testicle.

My son has to have surgery in May to bring down his testicle that never dropped. The dr is super nice and reassured me he will be fine and that she does at least two of these surgeries a week and he will come home the same day. But as a mom I’m so scared I know I will probably cry that day. Have other moms been through this?
