So I’m 16dpo, 3 days late and there is clearly no sign of af at this time. So i decided to call my mother and talk to her because i didn’t know what to do. Whether i should test or just wait a few more days because that is what i have been thinking to myself for these past few days. Whether i should wait, in fear of just having a delayed cycle or take it and deal with the disappointment. So then i told her “ma I’m 3 days late” and she says “oh! Really?! So what does that mean? You pregnant?!” She sounded so happy too, that’s why i really didn’t want to say anything but i had to talk to someone, that’s my mom. So then she said “ oh that’s crazy cause al (her boyfriend) just had a dream about you being pregnant and giving birth to a boy. I was like WHAT?! I started crying! I was like “ma! Don’t play wit me like that, are you serious?” And she said “yes, he said he had it like 2 days ago but he told me yesterday!” So then i went in the bathroom, grabbed the test, took it and guess what 🥺 BFN! Yup! You knew it was coming 😩 I’m not losing faith though 🙏🏽 I’m not giving up hope! I refuse!
