this mark is near my groin and next to my vagina

so even before i was sexually active, i’ve had this brown ingrown hair mark. well i’m starting to get paranoid and think it’s something else? i have a tendency to get ingrown hairs a lot but i’ve never really paid much attention until i’ve gotten a little self conscious. i have recently gotten tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia if that helps? both tests came back negative.

it’s also itchy after shaving
