Small baby?

Anyone’s baby measuring small? I’m 28 weeks now and my last ultrasound was at 24 weeks and he was in the 16th percentile. My first baby measured perfectly and was born a week early.. do you think my baby will be born late due to being so small?

No but if it carries on you will be induced to make sure baby is getting what he she needs I had small babies and was induced with 3 weighing 5lb

Mine is in 26th percentile after growth scan today at 28 weeks (growth scan was scheduled bc baby was in 26th percentile at the anatomy ultrasound as well).  The measurements seemed all over the place to us, head was at like 55% while femur was at like 5% and seeing that we felt concerned but the doctor said there is nothing to worry about as long as baby is growing 🤷🏻‍♀️

16th centile is fine, they usually only consider intervention if it’s below 10th or even 2nd. My son was born at 40+2 on the 16th centile for weight x

They don’t start to worry unless the baby is 10th percentile or below

My baby was measuring small 15/14% on her anatomy scans.. my doctor doesn’t seem to be worried I had two scans and she measured more behind on the second one. Maybe ask your doctor what they think
