I just got test results that say my AFP levels are abnormally high (4.25) even for twins. My doctor’s office and Quest genetics is closed until Monday.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

They both passed their NT scan and NIPT test in the 1st trimester. Currently 16w4d b/g twins

Updating for anyone researching: My doctor confirmed that there is a high false positive for this test and he was right! False positive! Confirmed at 20 week high risk ultrasound. I continued seeing high risk doctors for ultrasounds until 34 weeks and I delivered 2 healthy babies at 36+2.
