Silly question 🤷🏻♀️
Hey ladies. I used to see posts all the time with faint lines saying “4 hour hold” or something along those lines. I know that means that you waited to go take a test for a while in the middle of the day, but how do you calculate how long you held it? Like, if I had a 4 hour hold, is that considered 4 hours since i last went? Or 4 hours since I got the urge to pee?
Sorry for the dumb question but I’m getting way too antsy to take a damn test 😂
