OPK help
hey can you guys help me out with this?? i’m not sure why my OPK’s are still showing as high? does the mean i really haven’t ovulated yet? one of my apps estimated me to ovulate on the 30th and that was the day after my peak day but now my OPK’s are reading high again? i’m so confused this is my first month using them!
