I can’t decide between two similar names🤔

I’m 22 weeks 4 days pregnant with a baby girl! Ever since I found out she’s a girl I’ve known her name will most likely be Ella or Isabella but I can’t decide which one I like better. Could Ella be a nickname for Isabella or is that a reach? Her middle name is tbd too lol. Any opinions on which you like better would be so helpful😊
