So my periods less than a week away and I’m having the worse cramps on both sides and it’s so intense it’s like a burning cramp pain . I don’t know what to do I don’t wanna move out of bed , I took an 800mg ibuprofen 30 min ago and it hasn’t helped yet . I don’t have a heating pad unfortunately. Idk I’m just miserable and this has never happened before 😭

Also my cramps usually don’t start till my period does , it also gets worse when I try to go to the bathroom . I do have pcos too
