Should I be worried? Or just relax?

So I got off of work went to shower (I wear scrubs all day) and noticed these bumps it’s never happens until now I’m 18 weeks so far

I have the same thing! Mostly higher up and under my breasts. There’s also a few around my hips. I saw my GP yesterday and she said it’s likely caused from overheating/sweat or my bra/underwear rubbing against my skin. She advised me to try not wearing a bra/underwear for a few days to see if it clears up. She also said I could apply nappy rash cream as the zinc should apparently help.

Weird! I literally just noticed these on me too! I’m 17w+4 days. They don’t itch or hurt or anything. But I feel like they just came on real quick.
