Hey ladies, I just did a stretch and sweep today at 1pm and am exactly 39 weeks. They allow it here so don't ask why I did it earlier, just ready for bubs! I did have some light bleeding straight away, and it's been on and off since then. (3 hours ago almost). She said my cervix is soft, but not dilated much at all it's still quite closed apparently but she said the sweep may still work. She could feel I was very constipated and thinks that's why baby can't go down any lower. What are your stretch and sweep experiences? Should I have any hope??
