Spotting with progesterone suppositories

I have been using progesterone suppositories since 3w6d, I am now 4w2d.. I noticed a little spotting yesterday and today. It’s bright red but very tiny specks like this.. i have read the suppositories can cause that and I know it’s not much but I never had spotting with my first so it freaks me out a little. Did anyone else experience this?
