I’ve had an HSG and an ultrasound on the NHS which didn’t pick anything up but today I paid for a private ultrasound and an internal as well as I was pregnant but it has ended in miscarriage unfortunately :( but the sonographer said she thinks I have fluid in my left Fallopian tube. I’ve researched it and scared myself a bit, just want to know if anyone has any experience of it please? Picture of my scan below.
