When am I 1 dpo
I got my peak ovulation test yesterday around 10 am and logged it into to glow which is saying today is my predicted ovulation day. I know the tests mean you ovulate within 24 to 48 hours. I just want to confirm which day I am officially 1 dpo. I’ve been told one dpo starts the day you get your peak and I’ve also been told it starts the day after you get your peak. Thanks for any help!
