Crushing Prenatal Vitamins

So I HATE pills. (Yes I’m 5 😂) Like I can do normal stuff like Tylenol and stuff but I can not do the big prenatals. I generally do the gummy ones but with this babe being my 3rd and I don’t eat as well as I did with my first cuz #momlife I wanted to do something better. I’ve got the Rainbow Light (or whatever the name is at Target) ones via suggestion of my midwife. They’re plant based and can be crushed easily and so I’ve been adding them to food instead of taking them whole.

Bad or think it’s fine? I’ve not been getting headaches like I did when I wasn’t taking them (thank you magnesium!) so I feel like it’s been working?
