Extra eyes

I am 2 days late and have been a complete mess. I had a miscarriage and D&C early January 2019. With my first pregnancy the test lines were so dark. This time I’m just not sure. I didn’t wait to take the pictures. They are all within 5 minutes of testing. Help please.
