So Im all over the place right now. I was having a really promising chart this month but then morn temp dropped. I usually temp between 5-6am but was at a wedding last night and didnt wake until 8.30am so temped then. Could the drop have been due to drinking/temping late and the fact I only had 4 hrs sleep?

AF is due tomorrow/tues and no signs of it coming so far I am just praying and hoping she stays away and this isnt the start of an AF temp drop 😭😭

Im 36 and this is our first time trying for a baby. I just get my hopes up so high then nothing comes of it. I wont test until I know its a missed AF
