Do you take additional supplements with iui?

Just curious since most of us are on clomid or femara if anyone was taking anything else to boost their chances ( not a prenatal) and if so what are you taking?

I’m taking Maca, vitamin E, baby aspirin, COq10, raspberry leaf tea, fertility tea from the Pink Stork, Brazil nuts, Pom juice and prenatal vitamins. I’m also doing castor oil packs during the follicular phase. I also bought the Ava bracelet since temping was hard for me but I still like knowing what my numbers are. I’m on clomid 100 mg, days 3-7 and I’ll be doing the trigger shot tonight. I’ve been doing all this in an attempt to improve my uterine lining. Last month was my first round of clomid but my uterine lining was only 6 mm. I was determined to improve that this cycle and my efforts paid off.  Today, CD 12, my uterine lining measured 10.4 mm and I have 2 big follicles on my right side measuring 32 and 29. The doctor was very pleased with my numbers and I was super happy and shocked. I’ll be on progesterone suppositories as well. Now we have to BD and pray that the sperm meets the egg. Baby dust to you all!!

I take a probiotic, a prenatal, and vitamin D3. And I’ve been trying to eat super healthy and exercise. I feel like everything boils down to luck tho. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I did a trigger shot the night before my iui. It was called chorionic gonadatropin. I did an iui sat, sex sun, another iui on Monday and then starting endometrin on tuesday to help keep ny lining thick
