Dizzy Spells

I have had an overall great pregnancy! But I have had two issues happened that could possibly be normal but I never been through this with my first! I know every pregnancy is different but it’s still scary! My first issue i posted last week were my heart was racing, I felt pressure on my chest and throat and I could barely breathe for over 20 minutes. My doctor wants me to go see a cardiologist just in case. (Happened on Thursday). And today (Sunday) I was laying down and switched over to my right side and the whole room was spinning like I couldn’t stop it. Finally was able to stop it from spinning and went to the bathroom and threw up. Anytime I moved just a slight quickness the room would spin again. I than threw up again. This happened for hours and now I just have a headache and nausea. I think I jinxed myself because now I’m feeling like crap 😩
