Very confusing story...

Confirmed pregnancy on April 26 by doctor. Blood levels were only 17, then 24. Too a digital and it was negative, then the next day they rise to 40, then I got a positive digital. Doctor called to say these numbers were fine and since I ovulated late I was really only 3 weeks instead of 5. Today I wake up and I’m bleeding, not heavy...just spotting pink but now it’s bright red and the toilet water is tinged pink. I’m not cramping like I have been. Took a digital and its negative. I should be 4 weeks according to the doctor, could it be implantation bleeding even though I’ve already had a confirmed pregnancy test? So confusing because I’ve had so many positives, confirmed doctors pregnancy, and now another negative on top of the low levels I was worried about to begin with...and now 9 days late on my period and bleeding. I just want to know if I’m pregnant or not, it’s starting to sound like a big mind game!! 🤷🏼‍♀️
