I miscarried at 10 weeks on April 8th... I had to take Cytotec since my body wouldn’t miscarry naturally. I bled extremely heavily for a week and still bled a bit for about two weeks after (ending on April 27th). While bleeding, my husband and I didn’t have sex, as I was also cramping quite a bit and just wanted to avoid the “mess...” sorry for the TMI. At this point we’re taking a break with trying to conceive, as I also miscarried at 5 weeks back in early December. We’re using condoms as protection as going off both control the first time was a b*tch on my body, so I’m not going back on that. We decided not to use a condom two nights ago (just to feel closer, it does make a difference), and when I took an ovulation test 20 minutes ago, it was positive. I haven’t had a period yet, but my HCG levels are still trying to get back to zero.... could a positive ovulation test detect those HCG levels?? My cycle is is so out of whack now.
