Tips for losing weight before pregnancy?

So I had my son at the beginning of February, we’re wanting to start trying for #2 around the end of next year so that hopefully baby will be here before he turns 3. I had started losing weight just before I became pregnant last time (he was a surprise) I went from 5’11” & 268 to 245...I lost down to 236 from morning sickness and at delivery I was back up to 275. Now I’m 226 at 3m pp...I don’t want to constantly worry about complications because of my weight next pregnancy. I want to feel healthy and confident. What can I do? I have 0 time for the gym and when I remember to eat it’s a quick snack.
