What’s wrong with me🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

So it all started out with my bfp at 4 weeks. I went in for a blood test and it was negative so the doctor said that it was a possible chemical but to keep an I on it. Well I immediately started bleeding that day. Only clots just straight up the entire 2-3 days. I went back to the doctor at what would have been exactly 5 weeks for a urine test to “confirm the chemical” and that was negative as well. My symptoms disappeared and I accepted it. However, with in the next week, all of them started to come back one by one. Now at just over what would have been 6 weeks, I randomly started gettin veryyy nauseous today around 1pm. I didn’t throw up until about 4 though because I just didn’t need to. I’d feel on the brink of it and then as soon as I got to the toilet it’s never come. I felt just like I used to when the hormones in my birth control would make me sick. It was exactly the same. Any thoughts on what could be going on? Could I be getting an infection from a chemical pregnancy or is it possible I could still be pregnant? I’m willing to head any possible explanation please!!
