Post baby weight pressure.
I am 25 weeks and I'm already thinking about how I am going to lose the baby weight. Overall I eat really healthy (with some cheat days) and I work out 3x a week.
I have already gained 20 lbs in my pregnancy but I want to get back down to my normal weight after the baby plus lose some more.
Ideally I wanna be around 100-110 (height 4'10").
Is it normal to think about this already?
