Is anyone here dealing with or have dealt with plantar fasciitis?

My husband has flat feet and he uses shoe inserts and wears ankle braces when doing strenuous work to help with his plantar fasciitis. He also stretches his feet from time to time, which also aids in alleviating his pain!

Use a tennis ball as a roller and roll your foot over it, make sure to stretch and wear supportive footwear.

Dr. Scholes (don’t know if that’s how you spell it) inserts help me and massaging out my feet with a roller at night. And epsom salt baths!

I’m pretty sure I have it. 
I purchased a pair of under armor Hova Rise tennis shoes that made my feet feel so amazing I wanted to wear them all day, and even in the house where I go barefoot 90% of the time. I’d just mopped and I still wore them in there... ugh, they felt so good. 
Even where it hurt it felt good, I think because of the arch support. 
A few months of wearing those and noticing that they felt better than all my other shoes, I started to wonder about my heel and started poking around and felt a clunking and crunching sort of feeling/sound, and spent hours with an empty spice bottle rolling rolling rolling along the inner arch and heel, feeling a few clunks as I rolled vertically and feeling clunks all along this sort of band located along the side of my arch and heel. 
I rolled probably too aggressively, had major pain the next day and significantly less pain (even compared to my normal pain level) the day after. 
So massage is doing something for me. 
I’ve switched to rolling my foot along a little 3lb weight. That’s working really well for me since the pressure is amazing and the rolling action is perfect on a yoga mat. It won’t slide away but it isn’t difficult to maneuver either.

Try applying voltaren to your foot or diclofenac cream to it. Also massage your foot and do exercises for your foot to strengthen the muscles.
