Is there such a thing as too bumpy?

I took put my baby's car seat in a cart in the parking lot and it was a bit bumpier than I realized. Now I'm paranoid he has shaken baby syndrome! Is that dangerous?

I remember being scared about that with my son at first too, esp going over the bumps outside the store. He turned out fine... your little one will be ok :-)
