It took me so many hours of tears and work to get this. The days I wanted to give up. The days formula seemed the answer.

In the beginning there was concern I wasn’t making milk. Baby wasn’t gaining but I knew in my heart just an ounce a time. Between the haaka, the pumping an oz at a time majority of the sessions I finally feel like we are starting to tread water. BF is the hardest, most time consuming activity ever but my super sweet baby motivated me through my sleepless nights ❤️.
