Oh delicious Omlete how I missed you.

S

So I've never been a big Egg person, so when I found out that I'm actually pretty darn allergic to them I was like eh okay, I can do. Then I realized how much you need eggs for EVERYTHING. But given time I adapted and made substitutes etc. But every once in a while I get that omg I really want a nice juicy omelet. Used to be a staple for breakfast with farm fresh eggs from the neighbor and a whole thing.

Well gals, I finally had my 100% vegan omelet today and it was amazing.

I know a lot of you are vegan by choice and not everyone is, or maybe they just miss the stuff. I don't blame you I do too. We are *almost* vegan due to allergies (allergic to all mammal meat, dairy, wheat, eggs, the whole nine yards but still have poultry and on rare occasion shrimp or fish etc)

**please no bashing for eating poultry/fish that's not why i made this post**

Anyways back to point.

If you guys haven't heard of them I wanted to share.

JUST (previously hampton creek)

Makes the hands down best egg free mayonnaise. And it's no more expensive than the normal stuff

Well I recently got their just egg. (An egg free scrambled egg substitute)

I have made a few attempts with it and gotta say, it is pretty darn close (and no sulfer like smell yay)

Today I made a puffy rolled omelet with follow your heart vegan cheddar, some green onions, salt, pepper, and tobasco sauce. And it was SOOOO GOOD.

I strongly recomend their stuff for all you out there that don't wanna get off the Vegan wagon but still get the occasional craving or are having a hard time transitioning to your new diet. :)

EDIT

Here's a photo of one I made recently.

These are my little indulgent treats lol
