Did mood swings and crying still affect you throughout the entire pregnancy?

2nd trimester here nearing trimester #3 and I've been bawling like a baby for 2 days. Anxiety going crazy, paranoia getting a little bit too much, and I cant stop finding something to be mad about 😭🤣

I cry all the time, the most recent was tears of anger when I shaved my legs to have sex but my husband fell asleep before I got out of the shower. It hurt my feelings and I cried the next day about it when he asked why I was in a bad mood lol

I literally cry about everything. Sometimes I cry about nothing. I can’t control it 😂
