Soooo! Me and Ganja have been friends for like 4 yrs. Got me thru my hardest times, stressful times, met some wonderful people, and bonded deeply with my SO. Ganja and I would kick it bout everyday shoo 2-3 times a day. That's $30 in one freegin day!!! Anyways, I'm breaking it off. YUPPP Ganja and I must take a break.

I've been losing weight, never have extra cash, and it doesn't get me there anymore. It's like I spend $10 to blow smoke!!!

I'm taking a break for 28 days starting TODAY! I will stop abusing ganja and ganja will stop taking my money haha

The goal is to stop for 28 days and only smoke occasionally like holidays, birthdays, family gatherings (y'all know how that go)

Advice, encouragement, stories on how your detox went?

Also: I'm not really concerned on how long it stays in my system. I am more focused on controlling myself and not smoking at all for 28 days. Reality is I've become tooooo dependent and just smoked out of habit and not for the high. I stopped getting high about a year ago but due to this dependency, I just kept on spending money on the stuff. It's a little challenging because I didn't think withdrawls could get severe like headaches and loss of appetite 🙄

I am taking vitamins B complex, biotin, iron and magnesium. Hopefully with those my head would stop hurting.

Okay so update, I cheated last week and took a total of 10 puffs of ganja and didn't feel any different. I'm a little upset w myself because I got to 2 whole weeks and fumbled. But aye, it's a working process. I can fit my clothes a little better but I'm still underweight. I've started working out and drinks shakes sooo hopefully I get my weight back.
