IUD moved?

Question

I’ve been feeling kind of off down in my nether regions (unexpected bleeding and cramping, pain, discomfort) and was thinking it might be symptoms of my IUD getting dislodged or moving. Any experiences that might help me understand?
I’ll be making an appointment to get it checked out soon but recently moved and don’t have a regular doctor yet.
Update: IUD is in place and hasn’t moved, my body is just taking some time to adjust to having it. Thank you so much for the comments 😊

I just made an appointment for mine. I’m having some of the same symptoms. I’ve had it in for 2 years and have seen Dr. for over a year now with symptoms I’m just now knowing can be due to the Mirena.

I had my IUD removed in Feb because it was moved down into my cervix. 
I was in a lot of pain. I would get really painful cramps (felt like contractions honestly) randomly throughout the day. 
My husband also felt it poke him during sex, we stopped and I went to check and I felt something hard and went in next day to get checked.
Before I would always check because of the really painful cramps and I would feel strings nothing else so I thought maybe these cramps were normal but not until that night and I felt the whole  bottom part basically.
