I know it’s super early but we want this so bad, after my emergency surgery to remove my Fallopian tube and our baby.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I understand the desire to be pregnant again after a loss. I had several miscarriages before finally having my son.
That being said I don't see anything yet. You are so so early though! Don't get discouraged! I hope you get your BFP soon.
