Foot xrays pregnant?

So I broke my foot a little over 7 weeks ago and I've had 3 sets of XRay's since. I'm 18 weeks now and had my first one at 12 weeks. My doctor hasn't been concerned about it but I keep hearing mixed reviews about how bad it can be for the baby! I'm a hairdresser so I'm on my feet all day so they're pretty adamant about checking the progress and making sure it's healing and not getting any worse. Anyone else had xrays during their pregnancy and everything was fine with the baby?

If medically necessary, x-rays can be fine as long as your belly is covered. 
I had a pelvic x-ray while pregnant because I fell and they wanted to make sure I didn't fracture my hips.
The state you are in does routine checks on those x-ray machines to make sure they are operating at the lowest possible rate of radiation exposure.
X-rays on your foot or hand can be equivalent to like 30 minutes in the sun. As long as your belly was covered, it'll be okay.

I'm an xray technologist.  We always ask for consent and shield pregnant patients.  Also, the radiation being aimed at your foot is generally a good distance from your abdomen.  Radiation safety = time, distance, shielding.  The still images are split second exposures, they are not within 5 cm of the baby, and they are covered with lead.  I just had a ct scan (think like 100 xrays at once)  a few weeks ago due to a health scare and I'm pregnant.  Everything is going well.  If you're still concerned, next time you can ask for additional lead in your lap.

I had to have an X-ray on my foot this pregnancy. They covered my belly. So far everything has been great with my little one.
The tech said I would be getting more radiation from flying than the X-ray machine. 🤷🏼‍♀️

As fas as I know its not allowed to xray a pregnant woman, but different countries may have differenf rules
