First time pregnancy

Hi I'm very excited that I'm expecting it was a huge surprise but very excited, was unsure of lmp so had early scan and they told me today I am 9 weeks and four days 😊 are they accurate and also how can I work out when I got pregnant as I had no idea I was until now thank you ladies if any replies
