What does it feel like when baby “has dropped”?

I’ve been getting a lot of BH contractions, they weren’t painful a few days/weeks ago... but since Saturday, I’ve been getting them with lots of pelvic pressure and it’s hard for me to move and takes my breath away. Very very strong cramps. I dont want to use the word painful, but they aren’t comfy that’s for sure

They only occur when I go for my morning walks/ cleaning and vacuuming/ sometimes when I’m cooking

Feels like she’s deep in my pelvis. I’m assuming this means she has dropped?

I see my midwife on Thursday
