Mamas ttc that smoked before pregnancy. Was it hard. Did you smoke. I smoke cigs and want to stop. I’ve done it all and nothing helps but I guess cold turkey. I suspect I’m pregnant (although no positive test yet) and want to stop. Could you stop? I’m aware of the risk, it’s literally an addiction and I wanna kick it so bad. I don’t smoke a lot. But unfortunately I do. Any natural ways to curb it??
