What kind of bread do you like for a simple sandwich?

I’m just wondering. I get whole wheat from wic and I actually like it better for my sandwiches but my father in law can’t stand them (he’ll starve and let the bread go stale before he’ll eat it) but it’s not about the taste he says it’s because it’s wrong and probably nasty to make the whole wheat plant into bread. (Idk how they make bread and I’m sure he doesn’t either)

Wholegrain for me, the seedier the better. White bread gives.me stomach cramps.

White for nothing.  I hate white bread it has no flavor and far less nutritional value. Either whole wheat, honey wheat, or multigrain or brown bread

Peanut butter and jelly or grilled cheese sandwiches go on white.  Everything else I prefer on wheat.

We make our own bread. Store-bought loaves are mostly sugar and they’re absolutely disgusting 🤢
