I have been probably 3x/week but feel so guilty afterward.  I don’t think it would harm baby but still I’m worried.

Why are you worried?   I’m confused.  Sex is perfectly ok and safe for your entire pregnancy.  Actually,  they even encourage it at the end of your pregnancy to help soften your cervix.

It's not hurting the baby and it helps relieve stress and possibly even help you sleep if your having issues with that. Its healthy and normal. I do it too when I can lol

Orgasms give me cramping while pregnant. I won’t even let my husband give me one, let alone myself!

I do occasionally, but it usually causes minor cramping and it scares me so I don’t do it a lot. It’s definitely nothing to feel guilty over, though.
