Okay so guys I need some minor input , now I’ve been spotting for about 6 days nothing major pink/brownish on&off but all the symptoms pregnancy/pms symptoms you name it so I thought I could possibly pregnant

But I took about 5 pregnancy test and only 2 of them were very faint but now on the 7th day of the spotting a full blown “period” happened a whole lot of blood clots full pad of blood smh any idea ?
