My OB is extremely busy. We only have 3 in my small town. This is my second baby and i remember hearing my firsts heartbeat at the 12w appt and so forth. Well today was my 16w and I was so excited! Well after waiting an hour for my appt, cause my OB was doing a c section, he attempted to find the heart beat and couldn’t find it. So he pulled up the ultrasound and points to the flicking heart and there it was! It was such a relief but then he quickly got off the machine and started talking about my 20 week appt. He had two other patients waiting. I guess I’m just bummed I couldn’t hear the heartbeat but I have to be happy knowing my little baby is still alive and growing.
