I’m lost of words I can’t believe I’ve let my body go.
I just tried on some dresses, body suits & skirts to figure out what to wear for my company party and became very disgusted of how my body looks. I’m no longer confident & now I just want to wear sweats & a t-shirt to bed & not change in front of my husband anymore.
I need help & I’m thinking about joining a gym & fitting it into my work schedule.
What are some good ratings to do? Especially for breakfast it’s my least favorite & I hate eating eggs to top everything else
