Anyone tried inositol? Any specific brands? I was looking at these. I also have PCOS...

I recently purchased this exact brand and have been on it for less than a week. Hoping it will help with my PCOS while TTC. I reviewed research on this combination supplement before trying them out and many publications indicate promising results for women with PCOS.  But like everything else, every body is different and every case of PCOS is unique.

I read some conflicting info on dchiro-insitol and egg quality.  I only took myo-insitol.
