Double stroller?

Question

Mommies with toddlers at home already, will you be buying a double stroller?  My son will be almost 3 when this one comes.  Just tossing around whether it’s a necessity or not🧐

I'm upgrading my double stroller. My eldest will be turning 5 a few days/weeks after baby arrives (Jan 3) due 29 Dec. And my youngest will be turning 3 in February. I'll have my 3 year old in the stroller with baby and my 5year old will be walking.

This is such a debate for us, our daughter will be 3 less than a month after baby is born, but she currently never uses the stroller. But I have a feeling with two little ones I also won’t be able to keep ahold of her as easily. 
Debating a sit and stand stroller as I have a feeling that will be our best bet!

Out first two are 21 months apart with our second being born last April. I thought I would desperately need a double stroller since we would be out a lot with nice weather. Thankfully my sister had kept hers so I wouldn’t have to buy one but we never got the chance to get it and I didn’t even think twice about it. Everyone is different and my 2 1/2 is really good about holding onto the stroller or staying by me if we go anywhere(which surprised me because he is a very social and on the go boy! Lol) with that being said I’m going to ask my sister for her double stroller now with our next one since this one and our second will be 19 months apart! I do think they are nice to have for the just in case moments but like I said everyone is completely different:) congrats on your new baby!:)

I’m expecting my third and I’m contemplating a triple stroller lol. I love my double stroller. My first two are 17 months apart and my oldest is 3.5 but still can’t walk as far or as fast as I can and he needs me to pick him up a lot otherwise.   I use it almost daily in the summer - walks, shopping, outings etc.   I have the joovy ultralight and bought the seat for the back.  It’s the same width as a single stroller and just a bit longer.  Folds up with easy.  It navigates through tight stores very well. The basket is a bit hard to access but it is what it is.  I wash it with a bit of dawn soap and the hose in the front yard and it’s slick.  I totally support getting a double stroller!

I have the baby jogger city select for my first and you can buy a second seat attachment for a 2nd baby. So I’ll just be doing that.  Best stroller ever so easy to fold up and big enough wheels to go over rough ground

I’ll invest in a double running stroller but my daughter will be almost 3 by the time this baby comes as well. And she can’t be put in a stroller for the life of her. We have a city mini select that will probably get the skateboard attachment for her.

My son will be 2 1/2 when baby is here and I’m definitely considering a double stroller. Even if he was 3 I think I would. It just makes things so much easier when you’re out and about.(: my son also has a wagon we can use. (:
