Cup recommendations?

What menstrual cups do you guys recommend? My flow is super HEAVY.

I use a blossom cup. They come in two sizes and I use the larger of the two since I have had a child and I have a pretty heavy flow. I rarely have leaks, and when I do it’s usually because I didn’t get my cup in properly when I thought I did - which usually happens when I’m in a hurry. I typically am able to wait to empty the cup for about 4 to 6 hours at a time on my heaviest days. Every 8 to 10 on my lighter days.
