Week 12 + weight gain

The lbs are packing on really quickly. This is baby #2 and I heard it shows faster the second time but I'm as big now as i was last time at 5 months. 8 lbs of weight gain already and I'm not eating that differently other than extra snacks to keep nausea at bay but they're healthy or I've split my meals. Anyone else on baby 2 and feeling the gain?
