I'm so confused...

Last period was 4/8 ovulation 4/22

I tested with a Walgreens pink dye test on 12dpo (4/6) and it was negative. I seriously have no idea what is going on??? Anyone ever get a positive past 13dpo?

Symptoms

5dpo-6dpo - EXTREMELY tired!

7dpo-11dpo pinching/cramping in both ovaries

Headache , tailbone soreness, EXTREMELY tired, brown spotting.

12dpo- morning clear cm with some blood mixed in, not enough to fill a liner, headache, tailbone soreness, EXTREMELY tired. Negative pregnancy test

13dpo no cm at all, no blood, sore tailbone and lower back, bad headache, body feels a little sore today..

Update,

Today is 14dpo, and I have some more very light in color cm.. still having a headache, super dry mouth and extremely tired.. I do have a doc appointment today!

What do you all think? This is happening like once a day since after having brown spotting on Sunday..
